Transport & Delivery

We work hard to send out orders from Ira Handicraft as quickly as we can and in top condition. We will deliver your order at no additional charge to your doorstep for any purchases made within India. For all orders being shipped outside of India, shipping fees will be charged.

 

We will reimburse the entire transaction cost, including shipping fees if the order is cancelled, lost, or not delivered to your preferred destination. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed if you cancel a portion of your order. Original shipping fees for orders that you receive but then decide to return won't be reimbursed.

 

Arrival Time

We ship things out within 48 hours, and they often arrive within the following 1 to 3 working days.

 

Please make sure of the following when entering your shipping address and phone number information to ensure that your product is delivered on time:

Give the full address information, including the House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and Landmark.

Type in the precise City, State, and Zip/Postal Code information. If this information is wrong, orders may be misrouted.

Please verify that the phone number is accurate and reachable (ideally a mobile number). For questions pertaining to delivery, we might need to call you.
