Refund Policy
Order revocation:
Simply contact us by phone at +91 78520 55883 (9 AM - 6 PM) or by email at handicrafts.ira@gmail.com to cancel an order. If the order has already been shipped, contact customer support right once and refuse the delivery. When your order is dispatched, you will get an email confirming the shipment.
Returns guidelines:
The following circumstances determine whether we accept returns or not:
1. Delivering defective goods
2. Incorrect things were delivered and they weren't what you ordered
3. When the consumer does not have a good reason to return the item, it will not be accepted. Additionally, the client is responsible for paying the shipping costs if they seek to return an item without a valid reason.
Delivering Defective Goods:
Within 48 hours of receiving the item, contact us by phone at +91 78520 55883 (9 AM - 6 PM) or by email at handicrafts.ira@gmail.com if the artefact looks to be damaged. In order for us to handle your returns as quickly as possible, kindly follow the procedures below.
On the courier's copy of the airway bill and a copy of the airway bill that you keep, make a note of the damage.
Additionally, the courier staff delivering the delivery should make the necessary notes on the delivery sheet (if required).
If the handicraft or jewellery is damaged, please send a direct message to Ira Handicrafts within 2 days of receiving it, along with a detailed description of the damage.
Additionally, give us pictures of the artwork that show the damaged area(s) in detail.
We will discuss a replacement, refund, or credit when you phone or email us. If you need a replacement, send the handmade item or piece of jewellery back in its original packaging. You will receive a replacement artefact without charge as soon as we receive your returned item. The first cost of returning damaged goods will be your responsibility. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the damaged items to us after verifying that they were harmed in transit and receiving them.
Unfortunately, replacements for unique items (customised jewellery/handicraft) take time to become available. In this situation, we would let you know whether it would be possible to create a second copy of the identical object and how long it would take.
